Manpower Staffing - Billing Team Leader
With ambitious investment and growth plans for 2018 we have immediate requirements for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage a team of recruiters who specialise in Finance & Accounting, Insurance, Engineering & Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, Legal & Compliance, Office Support and HR.
Responsibilities:
*Monitoring and Driving Business Development across the team
*Providing feedback & coaching to team members on all areas of performance (sales, KPI's, behaviours)
*Creating content and the delivery of weekly team meetings
*Attending management meetings regarding team/department performance
*Creating and implementing ideas for incentives, performance improvements
*Leading and developing staffing team members through best practice performance and dealing with any issues/difficulties relating to staff as they arise.
*Encouraging the development of self and others through staff appraisal process and weekly one to one meetings
*Promoting, monitoring and maintaining health and safety and security in the workplace in line with policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Attributes
*Proven and consistent results in driving new business development
*Consistency in achieving and over-achieving on revenue targets- both individual and team targets
*Experience (past or present) of managing at least 5 sales individual- ideally within a recruitment agency environment
*Agency recruitment experience - across any industry with a focus on permanent recruitment
