Reporting to the Sales Director, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting the growth of ManpowerGroup Ireland's business by identifying and pursuing prospects and generating leads and market awareness of the various ManpowerGroup brands within Ireland including the Manpower, Proservia and Tapfin brands.

Training will be provided on all ManpowerGroup brands and services.

Responsibilities include:
*Driving new business development activities, including daily cold callings.
*Liaise with marketing team to help generate new leads for follow up.
*Maintain and deliver growth of sales pipeline.
*Lead follow up and scheduling appointments for Sales Director.
*Addressing new inquiries and generating subsequent quotations.
*Generation and analysis of sales & CRM reporting.
*Liaise with Account Managers to review service offerings.

Desired Skills & Experience
*At least 3 years business development / sales experience.
*Experience selling recruitment services or workforce solutions is beneficial.
*Excellent communicator with professional and friendly phone manner.
*Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to influence others.
*Energetic and enthusiastic with ability to work on your own initiative.
*Leaving Certificate minimum requirement, Degree level qualification is an advantage (Sales, Marketing or Business).
*A desire to deliver sales success and increase profitability for ManpowerGroup Ireland.
