Recruitment Consultant
Manpower has over 44 years' experience working in Ireland and within the last 5 years has seen continued growth within corporate environments. With ambitious investment and growth plans for 2018 we have immediate requirements for experienced Recruitment Consultants based in our Dublin office in a number of areas including Finance & Accounting, Engineering & Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics.

Responsibilities:
*The full cycle of recruitment: business development, consulting with clients, taking job briefs, development recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, negotiating terms of business and filling job vacancies.
*Business Development through networking, social media, phone calls, face to face meetings, attending relevant industry conferences and events
*Maximise revenue from collaborating with client base and developing a comprehensive understanding of your client needs.
*Implement a range of candidate sourcing techniques, strategies and programs including social media, LinkedIn, advertising on jobsites, networking and referrals, proactively marketing to existing talent pools.
*Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients through honest and prompt communication.
Skills & Experience:
*At least 2 years' experience in recruitment preferably in a relevant industry sector: Finance, Engineering & Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics.
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to working towards Sales/Revenue targets.
*Excellent negotiation and influencing skills at the highest level.
*Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects.
*Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
