Owing to sustained growth and planned increases this Insurance Broker are looking to speak to experienced Training Professionals to join their company based in Dublin West.

This is a brand new position for the company so is an excellent opportunity to make this position their own and make a massive impact to an already successful insurance broker.

This position will be to initially devise, set up and implement training programs that support my clients' career progression/development plans, Support performance improvement plans and to consult with Senior Management on what is to be achieved by a newly established training function.

This will implemented primarily in the brokers Insurance Call Centre of 40 sales and customer service agents, but this would hopefully spread to all other areas of the business.

It is essential that you have experience within the insurance or financial services market.

To be successful in the role you will:
*Establish short, medium and long-term training requirement that support strategic commercial objectives
*Develop expert level understanding of my clients' insurance products, propositions, systems, processes, customer experience and sales process
*Develop strong working relationships with training stakeholders (Team Leads, Senior Management etc.)

You will be:
*Qualified in terms of experience (2 years) and education (Degree)
*Vocational about training and its role in successful organisations

As this is a brand new position within the company salary will be looked on an individual basis, but will be very competitive and will reflect your experience and qualifications.
