Job Purpose:
You are a high performing, influential & motivated team lead, who will take full responsibility for the day to day management of the partner management team for Germany and Switzerland, at the shared service centre of Europe's no.1 gift experience company.

You will be surrounded by dynamic, enthusiastic and ambitious team mates all pushing to create a great team and company to work in. Your overall objective is to make great products by building the experiences, offers and availability with our partners across Germany and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities include:
*Motivate & empower a team of 10 sales / account management people
*Communicate: The clear vision and strategy for the DE & CH market
*Coach: through regular 121 and team meetings, to maximize performance, recognize and celebrate successes
*Build: The team's capabilities through 121s and coaching sessions
*Team: Establish relationships across functions to build new ideas & improvements in our products
*KPIs: Implement, analyse & continually improve best practice using the automated reporting suite
*Efficiency: Identify system & workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency
Essential Competencies/ skills:
*Track record of delivery in a team lead role in sales or Service (3 - 5 years)
*Fluent (written/oral) in German & working proficiency in English.
*Organized, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
*Experience in people management & leading teams
*Enjoys the challenge of meeting & beating targets
*Can utilise data to deliver actionable insights
*Motivating approach & communication style
*Efficient using MS Office, experience with CRM tools an advantage
