We are looking for a Team Leader with strong leadership skills, that will become the leader of a busy end user workspace environment, supporting our team on the Intel account in Ireland and EMEA North based in Leixlip. Our large team of technicians and administrators support hardware and limited software issues on a range of devices including Ultrabooks, laptops, desktops, monitors, audio visual equipment, training & conference rooms and warehouse I.T equipment.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor ticket queues in all areas of Client Services to make sure the team are managing their workload and to ensure all tickets are assigned and meet all SLA agreements.
* Be the primary contact for any escalations from technicians
* Attend all functional owner meetings and pass down processes and updates to required employees each week and Prepare for and actively participate in all Intel EMEA operations meetings
* Investigate poor User Satisfaction Surveys (e-cards) and follow up on poor scoring surveys - feedback and implement changes to processes based on feedback
* Run regular operational team meetings and Manage team rota where required
* Monitor Intel dashboard each week and feedback results to all technicians - implement change where necessary to keep site on goal in all areas
* Communicate training requirements to your team. Support the FDS mandatory training processes through leading by example on training completion
* Travel to other Intel sites regularly to help manage and maintain high standard work practices
* Responsible for conducting 1:1's with team and return to work (RTW) interviews.
* Manage team training
* Motivate employees based on role requirements
* Conduct interview for new hires
* Responsible for conducting annual PIDPs with the team and assessing performance during the year
* Responsible for ensuring technicians are ESD certified and ensuring tests are performed and actioned if applicable

You are:
Experience in the field: You have 2+ years' experience working within a similar environment and you have proven your skills and knowledge.

A Strong Team leader: You have proven your capabilities of managing IT support personnel and you know how to support, motivated and train your team.

Technologically capable: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, strong hardware knowledge of laptop, desktop, monitors, audio visual equipment, training & conference rooms and warehouse I.T.

A strong communicator: Professional communicator with excellent customer interaction abilities.
