Relationship Manager, Finance, €45K -€55K, pension, bonus

My Client is a well-established Financial Services Provider based in Dublin, they now have an opening for a Relationship Manager. This position will directly support the senior Relationship Manager.

This is a full time, permanent position. Monday to Friday with some travel within Ireland. Hours can be flexible.

If you have strong communication, presentation & negotiating skills and a track record of over achieving on weekly and monthly targets then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Relationship Manager role:

*To raise the awareness and profile of our company in the financial industry space by
promoting the business through existing clients, direct sales and marketing.
*Have a good market knowledge of the Irish financial sector or a keen interest to learn
*Ideally have financial sector experience or a desire to work in this area
*Promote and enhance the company within the financial market space through account
management, marketing, promotions, presentations and direct sales.
*Research and Identify new potential customers for direct marketing
*Research and identify potential customers by direct calling, attending industry events,
networking, following up on referrals or other leads.
*Assist and support the senior Relationship Manager with closing new busines
*Maintain existing accounts, build on and further develop existing accounts with the view to
increase business.
*Capture and update market information, knowledge and leads on internal CRM
*Assist the Snr Relationship manager with organising client visits and follow ups.
*Attend both client and potential client visits, promote the company and give presentations.
*Help prepare and present tenders and commercial quotations for potential clients
*Manage existing accounts, maintain and develop strong customer relationships
*Research and collect customer information for specific marketing and targeting of customers
*Preparation and presentation of commercial tenders and quotations.
*Attend and participate in weekly & monthly management meetings giving presentations on
competitor analysis, pipelines, sales, existing accounts, client meetings, financial
targets progress and updates.
*Contact though email and phone previous clients to build relationships and promote our
financial services
*Build new pipelines and close sales through strong negotiations

Your Skills:

*3rd level degree ideally in business, finance or marketing.
*Field sales experience within the Financial Services industry.is a plus.
*Have a proven track record of consistently achieving targets & KPIs.
*Have excellent communication & presentation skills.
*A strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision makers.
*Have experience building relationships and developing new business.
*Full clean driving license and own car as some travel is required.
*CRM experience and good computer skills.

Salary: €45K - €55K basic, plus bonus. Pension. Health.
