Junior Credit Controller - French Speakers

Looking for a junior Credit Controller to work for an amazing growing company here in Dublin!

Key responsibilities :

* Actively chasing outstanding amounts on the Debtors ledger
* Dealing with Customer queries and account reconciliation
* Establishing a relationship with the Retailers / Travel agents / BtoB
* Liaise with Cash Allocation to ensure payments are correctly posted and applied
* Liaise with Invoicing claim administrator to tackle issues and bottlenecks
* Other general AR duties as appropriate
* Escalation of account issues to the AR Team Leader.

Essential Competencies/ skills :
* 1+ years' experience working in a busy collections environment
* Compulsory fluent French speaker
* Excellent IT skills with intermediate or advanced excel
* Commercially savvy and highly numerate
* Strong interpersonal skills with a positive outlook
* Resilient, organised and pro-active

Desired Competencies/ skills :
* Self-motivated and a Team Player
* Able to define priorities and organise workload accordingly
* Excellent telephone skills
* Knowledge of Navision / other major ERP System would be an advantage
