Junior Credit Controller - French

About the role:

As a Junior Credit Controller, you are responsible to handle the collection of finances and the resolution of account queries by the effective processing of all aspects of customer credit in the French Market.

Key Responsibilities:

*Actively chasing outstanding amounts on the Debtors ledger
*Dealing with Customer queries and account reconciliation
*Establishing a relationship with the Retailers / Travel agents / BtoB
*Liaise with Cash Allocation to ensure payments are correctly posted and applied
*Liaise with Invoicing claim administrator to tackle issues and bottlenecks
*Other general AR duties as appropriate
*Escalation of account issues to the AR Team Leader.

Required Experience and Skills:

*1+ years' experience working in a busy collections environment
*Compulsory fluent French speaker
*Excellent IT skills with intermediate or advanced excel
*Self-motivated and a Team Player
*Able to define priorities and organize workload accordingly
