What are you going to do?
-Validate data displaying online
-Make outbound calls to confirm data with clients (B2B)
-Take the decisions and correct data based on information acquired from clients
-Process requests/transactions
-Strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
Who is a good fit?
-Fluent French speakers
-Pleople who lived or worked in the France for at least 3 years
-Fresh graduates
-People, who are not afraid to pick up the phone
-Candidates with attention to detail, flexibility and persistence
-To have experience in any kind of customer facing role is a plus
