We are currently looking for multiple languages for these positions:
French, Spanish, Italian,Danish Swedish, German and English
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop deep and wide relationships within our partners to engage them in the benefits of working with our client
- Present opportunities to Marketing, Digital and Manager to grow the number of experiences your Partners offer
- Constantly seek, find and implement improvements in everything you do
- Build and maintain the first-class relationship with our key partners
- Day to day relationship with key accounts
KPIs:
- Meet 10 key accounts each week through phone and video
- >10% increase in total number of experiences over 12 months
- Secure 4 WOW deals per year that deliver >10k eur sold online
- Satisfaction of your Partners >10% vs. Total partner base
Essential Competencies/ skills :
You are commercial, understanding what drives your Partners' businesses. You can build business plans and can present opportunities in a convincing way. You seek a hands on understanding of how everything works to be able to uncover and make improvements. You have confidence in your abilities and have the gravitas to connect with all levels of seniority. You are passionate about improving yourself through learning and challenge.
Experience managing key client relationships.
Knowledge of tourist sector is also an advantage.
