MARKETING ASSISTANT
Our Client based in Blanchardstown is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects within the marketing department from admin to design. This role would best suit a creative, flexible & hardworking individual who can remain project focused, whilst prioritising their workload. They must have the ability to manage multiple tasks from inception to completion.
About You
Are you an organised person with a creative flair for marketing? You must be imaginative and have a positive attitude, good work ethic. A strong communicator both written and verbally with exceptional attention to detail. You must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a keen understanding of which programme/platforms deliver the best results most efficiently.
Marketing Assistant
*Research for Marketing Campaigns
*Maintaining Spreadsheets (e.g customer listings, e-commerce listings)
*Assist filtering information to advertising teams, printers and customers
*Preparing reports and handling information requests
*Communicate with all departments to ensure accurate marketing messaging
*Updating marketing spend sheet
*Sending Brochures email/post
*General in-house Signage
*Labelling and Barcoding
*Distributing of Marketing Materials to Sale Teams and Customers
*Quotations
*Oversee stock levels on POS, Brochures ect.
Design
*Brainstorm and develop marketing opportunities
*Assist in the design of monthly advertisements for online and print publications
*Assist in the design of print ready artwork (Point of Sale, flyers, Merchandising Units)
*Assist in the design of internal sale materials
Qualifications & Experience
*3rd Level education or relevant training with 2 years' experience in marketing or design.
*Experience using Adobe CC is a must (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, PremierPro)
*Excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task, with strong attention to detail.
*Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*Project management skills and experience in planning multiple schedules
*Excellent computer and communication skills (written and verbal)
*Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Experience using a content management system such as WordPress an advantage
*Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing software an advantage
*Excellent Telephone etiquette
