Our Client currently has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and relationship focused Business Analyst to join our close knit Tax Information Reporting team which is based in Dublin.

The primary objective of the Business Analyst will be to work with TIR Dublin in order to provide system support, as well as to develop strategies to enable the business pillars to achieve their goals and KPIs.

You will be managing the day-to-day systems operation whilst also working closely with internal and external stakeholders across the bank to review, identify and implement process and system improvements.

Key accountabilities will include:
Build requirements for Automation Projects.
Manage Project timelines and coordinate development testing with the operation and technology partners
Acting as a central channel or liaison for system issues within TIR Dublin. This includes leading and interacting with local/regional technology teams to escalate and resolve issues.
Manage and oversee changes/modifications and support of systems managed within TIR
Actively reach out to the various businesses to review existing system parameters and identify new opportunities / enhancements to empower them to deliver on their KPI's
Take ownership of the change management process/governance across TIR Dublin and drive and manage changes effectively and smoothly
Driving and owning the system support policy and processes

The ideal candidate will ideally have:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, IT
3 years' experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst / Operational Support Analyst
Had exposure to the banking and finance industry

Preferred:
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation
Agile Methodology Certification
