The role: Business Analyst - Customer Support area

The position requires performing in-depth data analysis.
The candidate will design and deliver high quality, professional business analysis across the organisation. Also, organise, integrate, and analyse large amounts of data and draw out conclusions, correlations, and recommendations from data.

The candidate will also identify and analyse data trends, building correlations between operational metrics that drive both strategic, tactical and operational opportunities.

Additionally, will perform sampling/data mining analysis to identify root causes behind trends and understand drivers which impact the business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Collect and analyse data, identify trends and present results that provide logical conclusions and recommendations.
* Identify and present actions based on KPI analysis, to drive even better results
* Work closely with other business analysts to compile and present recommended actions to the management, to drive even better results.
* Compare KPI's on a daily, intra-daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis understanding root cause of variation

Required Competencies/skills:

* Fluent in English (written/verbal)
* Excel skills on expert level
* Minimum of 3 years' experience from a similar position

Desired competencies/skills:

* Ability to find solutions and to think both strategically, tactically and operational
* Ability to respond to constantly changing priorities under pressure.
* Ability to write up detailed relevant reports and specifications
