The role: Junior Credit Controller

Job Purpose:
Responsible for Collection of outstanding balances on the French Market

Key responsibilities:

- Actively chasing outstanding amounts on the Debtors ledger
- Dealing with Customer queries and account reconciliation
- Liaise with Cash Allocation to ensure payments are correctly posted and applied
- Liaise with Invoicing claim administrator to tackle issues and bottlenecks

Essential Competencies/ skills:

1+ years' experience working in a busy collections environment
Compulsory fluent French speaker
Excellent IT skills with intermediate or advanced excel
Excellent telephone skills
