Their services include a variety of acquisition strategies for multi-vendor and multi-technology solutions, along with financial asset management tools, and a wide range of disposition and re-marketing services to maximise the value of technology investments.

What you will do:
As a Customer Delivery Specialist you will manage the initial stages of our solution life cycle, working closely with our sales managers to pursue and assess new business opportunities and subsequently manage customer relationships to ensure that their accounts are set up correctly and that they receive the high level of service that they and we expect. You will be on an initial 11 months contract, with the view of going permanent.

* Distribute marketing and other information in support of new business opportunities.
* Manage the customer experience to ensure expectations are met on both sides, working directly with customers on new transactions.
* Generate and collect documents in support of new customer account generation.
* Enter customer and transaction information required for lease administration activities (contract generation, booking, funding) in systems.
* Work with both simple and complex financing structures; for example, loans, assignment of receivables, master agreements, subscription deals, etc.
* Arrange to receive and proactively manage/reconcile supplier invoices.
* Prepare booking and funding packages, track deal funding to completion of payment.
* Coordinate, follow-up and reconcile activities necessary for deal processing.
* Conduct initial and final compliance review pursuant to Schedule of Authorisation.
* Support testing of new systems releases as requested.

The ideal team member:
The ideal team member has a strong background in finance and a strong customer focus. You will be successful in the role if you are highly organised, like to support clients and if you have a good business sense. Fluency in English is essential as you will be working with clients in the UK.
