As a Customer Relations Manager you will be the first point of contact for the company's Irish customers. You will be using your excellent account management skills to maintain and manage the company's customers contacts.

Your tasks:

* Update and analyse commercial and technical data
* Collaborate with power supply companies, grid operators, banks, regional planning associations and customers in the planning, co-ordination, sales and processing of wind energy projects
* Key account management
* Create technical customer documentation
* Maintain and manage customer contacts
* Point of contact for German head office customer relations department
* Supporting colleagues within the Service Centre as required

Your skills:

*Third level qualification in electrical / mechanical / industrial engineering and/or business economics and/OR relevant team leader/management experience
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position (trade environment)
* Confident and friendly personality with excellent people skills and ability to lead a team
* Strong management and analytical skills, persuasive ability and collaborative approach to customer demands
* Good organisational and communication skills; assertiveness and flexibility
* MS Office proficient, SAP experience would be an advantage
* Can do attitude with the ability to multitask
* Willingness to travel and to work flexible hours on occasion to meet challenging deadlines
* Physically fit and comfortable with heights
* Full, clean driving license
