The role: Customer Relations Manager


* Point of contact for our Irish customers.
* Update and analyse commercial and technical data.
* Key account management
* Maintain and manage customer contacts
* Point of contact for German head office customer relations department

Your skills:

* Third level qualification OR relevant team leader/management experience
* Confident and friendly personality with excellent people skills and ability to lead a team
* Good organisational and communication skills; assertiveness and flexibility
* MS Office proficient, SAP experience would be an advantage
* Willingness to travel and to work flexible hours on occasion to meet challenging deadlines

Location: Kerry - Ireland
