Role Overview:
We are currently seeking to recruit Customer Service Representatives on a fixed term basis for a period of 3 months. Applicants must have experience working on a Customer Service Desk dealing with customer complaints. Out of hours may be a requirement in this role.

Role Synopsis:
As a member of our Customer Service Team the successful applicants will act as a key point of contact for our customers both internal and external. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer care and efficient service delivery, while ensuring speedy task resolution and customer satisfaction.

The key responsibilities assigned to this role include ensuring the timely fulfilment of customer orders and driving sales through client call follow up. The post-holder will communicate in a clear and supportive manner, ensuring the delivery of a swift responsive service. The ideal applicant will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work within a deadline focused environment. The successful individual will carry out other tasks as required in order to support the daily operation of the department.

Candidate Profile:
*Display a customer focused attitude and a passion for customer service;
*Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships;
*Exhibit an excellent telephone manner, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills;
*Possess strong product knowledge and a clear understanding of the supply chain processes within the business;
*Strong typing skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft AX, Outlook, Word and Excel
