Key responsibilities :
*Actively chasing outstanding amounts on the Debtors ledger
*Dealing with Customer queries and account reconciliation
*Establishing a relationship with the Retailers / Travel agents / BtoB
*Liaise with Cash Allocation to ensure payments are correctly posted and applied
*Liaise with Invoicing claim administrator to tackle issues and bottlenecks
*Other general AR duties as appropriate
*Escalation of account issues to the AR Team Leader.
Essential Competencies/ skills :
*1+ years' experience working in a busy collections environment
*Compulsory fluent French speaker
*Excellent IT skills with intermediate or advanced excel
*Commercially savvy and highly numerate
*Strong interpersonal skills with a positive outlook
*Resilient, organised and pro-active
Desired Competencies/ skills :
*Self-motivated and a Team Player
*Able to define priorities and organize workload accordingly
*Excellent telephone skills
*Knowledge of Navision / other major ERP System would be an advantage
