The Project Manager, Bioscience Multichannel Marketing, Global Promotions, will assist in the planning, development and execution of tactics to deliver on brand strategies for products promoted by the Bioscience Division.
The Project Manager, Bioscience Multichannel Marketing will be responsible for managing all phases of the projects from planning to execution and evaluation.

Primary responsibility will be planning, developing, and implementing a mix of digital (e.g., websites, SEM, email, social media, other) and in some instances, (e.g., print, congress/convention activities) tactics, in line with the marketing plans and business needs. Candidate will engage with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure business priorities are met.

Primary responsibilities for role:

*Develops MCM communication strategy (independently or together with agencies) to support brand strategies

*Plans and executes digital/MCM and traditional channel projects as assigned. (Focus is on digital)

*Project management/execution of MCM campaigns

*Develops clear project plans/timelines and manages external agencies to ensure timely development and implementation of promotional assets

*Monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing promotional activities (KPI's), including analytics and reporting for digital activities

*Gathers a full understanding of clients' goals and objectives in order to scope projects, including functional requirements as well as dependencies, schedules and budgets

*Advises marketing team members in the review of project proposals and production services, especially those related to historic norms for performance, costs and time-lines

*Serves as MCM subject matter expert to marketing teams. Provides insight regarding multichannel campaign/digital best practices and outcomes to key stakeholders

*Partners with various internal cross-functional groups (e.g., Marketing, IT, legal, regulatory) to troubleshoot issues and to provide timely enhancements to existing digital and traditional promotional materials

*Collaborates and works directly with design agencies and other vendor partners. Acts as liaison with the internal IT team

*Supports and contributes to advancements in digital capabilities within the company and participates in the evaluation of new vendor/technologies as requested


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrates strong project management skills and a track record of delivering on time
Has extensive digital skills/experience including the development/execution of a range of activities (e.g., eCRM, SEM,, websites, mobile apps) and analytics
Experience developing and executing at a campaign level
Has experience with traditional tactics such as development/execution of print materials and congress/convention activities

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred: Marketing, Advertising, communications, technology

Experience

A minimum of 6+ years of applicable experience in development and execution of multichannel channel marketing activities.
Experience includes development and execution of both digital (e.g., websites, SEM, display advertising, online videos, mobile apps, email, social media) and some traditional (e.g., direct mail, print advertising, congress/convention activities) tactics.
Knowledge of Google Analytics (or other analytic platforms) as well as social channels.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Especially SFDC platforms (SalesCloud, Marketing Cloud)
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Experience with media planning is a plus
Experience in US and global markets

Marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of legal and regulatory issues associated with the promotion of healthcare products is a plus
