@ Manpower we are currently recruiting for an accounts administrator in Dublin 11. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well establish company with plenty of opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a Company with international employees and projects.
The role is based in Dublin 11
Duties and Responsibilities
Administration
*General office duties.
*Additional duties as required
Special Skills and Knowledge
*Well organized with numeracy and analytical skills
*Attention to detail with methodical thinking
*Inter-personal skills
*Strong communication and writing skills
*Flexible and pro-active attitude
*Strong competency in Excel, PowerPoint and the full MS Office Suite
*Fluency in written and spoken English
Educational Background and Experience
*At least 2 years working experience in Office administration
*Excellent Excel experience is essential
*Ability to work to and meet deadlines
*Capacity to coordinate multiple and varied tasks and deliver timely and quality work
*Self-motivated with excellent initiative
*Proven organizational and multitasking skills
