The role: Customer Service Representative
This is an exciting opportunity for those with a great attitude and work ethic.

Manpower's client is a multicultural and fast-paced environment. You will be the face of our client towards our customers, delivering best in class service via phone, email, chat and social media.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Interacting directly with customers at all stages of the business relationship.
· Ensure that every potential and existing customer has a pleasant experience.
· Support the customer and work on upselling during exchange and order process.
· Record specific details of customer contacts and actions taken on each and every case

Required Competencies/ skills:

· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written in Danish (at ease on the phone)
· Ability to understanding complex information and processes
· Team player with ability to build and maintain relationships

Working hours: Mon - Fri from 8 am to 5 pm.

Location: Dublin 1
