What you will be doing:

- Work with Quality Assurance leaders to aggregate, prioritise and report on the top issues impacting accuracy

- Deliver "just-in-time" training to auditors on new or changing processes as well as "refresher" training on existing processes on an as-needed basis

- Manage investigations of escalations to understand the root causes. especially in cases where processes are new

- Mentor auditors on the use of audit tools and systems

- Conduct quality assurance monitors, coaching based on quality assurance monitors, and creating quality assurance reports


What you need:

- Batchelor's Degree OR High School Diploma OR a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience within an audit or quality environment performing quality control and quality analysis

- Fluency in both French and English

- Strong functional experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, charts, statistical functions) required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint / Google Slides / Google Sheets

- Experience in conducting agent training and delivering agent performance feedback


Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels

- The ability to multitask, as well as prioritising certain tasks when needed in a fast-paced environment (time management)

- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills

- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects

- Passion for social media. Familiar with channels that provide on demand video
