We are currently hiring Hebrew-speaking Content Review Agents for a multinational Fortune 500 tech outsourcing company based in Dublin 3. With over 260,000 employees worldwide, this is an amazing opportunity to get an insight into some well-known companies in the industry. You would be working on a project for the worlds' most popular video-sharing website.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and remain up-to-date with client's policies and guidelines
- Review user reports regarding website content
- Analyse and identify content on creator channels that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
- Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
- Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
- Gather, analyse, and utilise relevant data to develop ways to improve overall user experience
- Review of sensitive content sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of professional work experience
- High school diploma
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Moderate to high Proficiency in using Google products, including YouTube, Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive
- Experience with confidential information collection and management
- Experience within a business process outsourcing environment or comparable service environment
Skills
- Well developed logic based decision making and ability to triage and escalate borderline cases
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple complex projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
- Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and demanding team-oriented environment
- Passion for social media. Conversant with channels that provide on demand video
- Must have some viewpoint towards any of the following: social media regulation, online free speech, government regulated internet controls, support for vulnerable sections of the society, EU policy making, business process efficiency, project management.
