We are currently hiring a French-speaking Admin Support Analyst for a multinational Fortune 500 tech outsourcing company based in Dublin 3. With over 260,000 employees worldwide, this is an amazing opportunity to get an insight into some well-known companies in the industry. You will be working on-site at one of the biggest social media companies in the world.
You will be part of a dynamic team who regularly hold knowledge sharing sessions and set collective team objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Customer service, technical and troubleshooting support for all geo requests
- Reviewing requests from page administrators needing assistance and completing these requests based on the policies outlines by the client
- Participating in the live chat feature of the website when needed
- Meeting process SLAs - productivity and quality targets within the established timelines
- Receive tickets/ work on issues related to respective process
- Update CRM tool for issues identified Provide information, troubleshoot bugs and/or issues and update required applications and tools.
Your Profile
- Fluent French & English
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Tech savvy and have experience with system bugs
- Experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills - you will be expected to speak to clients in a professional manner
- A team player who is also motivated individually
