The role will report to the Senior HRBP and will support with landing a full HR service to part and/or all of a specific client group.

The role will typically:

1) coach and guide Line managers on HR Policy interpretation/questions and provide appropriate support to upskill line managers and employees;

2) lead or provide support to the HRBP on the calendar of HR activities/business agenda where appropriate such as performance Management cycle; learning and capability building; FTE planning and forecasting; etc...

3) responsible to develop and maintain knowledge of all key HR tools; systems and processes; including Workday; Learning Hub/Cornerstone; Talent Plus; GPS; and other related HR processes and tools;

4) ensure the self-service model is adhered to by the business and that HR Operations function efficiently and effectively;

5) intervenes where needed to enhance the employee and manager experience.

6) Responsible for the management of employee's probationary periods

7) Responsible for end to end recruitment.

8). Ensure the HR data base is up to date. 9) Point of contact for all onboarding/pre-boarding queries (contracts, reward package etc).

Essential experience; skills & qualifications-

University graduate with a background as an HR Generalist; experience required in HR systems and processes; good knowledge of key HR processes; roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle; ideally experience of HR service centre environment and/or expertise teams as well as hands-on HR management experience in the business
