Within Clients ICG O&T, the Global Chief of Staff team is an internal business management function, supporting ICG Operations management for Securities Services (Custody and Global Funds Services, and Issuer Services Operations) and Prime & Futures Operations globally. The Securities Services Operations global business management team is responsible for Organisational Oversight, Metrics reporting, and senior management reporting.

Team/Position Overview:
Securities Services Operations is a global organisation with over 6000 staff in over 70 locations supporting 7 business lines; Issuer Services, Global Funds and Middle Office Services, Global Custody, Direct Custody & Clearing, Employee Funds Services, Prim2e Finance and Futures.

The Securities Services Chief of Staff teams cover a number of areas including Organisational Oversight, Financials and Resourcing, Program management, Controls, Program management, Metrics reporting, Strategy, communications, and senior management reporting.

The role will involve working closely with Operations' management, controls functions, Technology, and business stakeholders in all regions to progress; execution of the global operations metrics strategy; provision of key operational, organisational, and productivity metrics reporting; management of the Securities Services Operations reporting framework; and oversight of metrics reporting to senior management, including analysis of progress against strategic targets

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Operations metrics programme reporting, communications and deliverables
Delivery of management scorecard updates and co-ordination of remediation action plans with key stakeholders
Review and analysis of progress against key deliverables and targets
Ad-Hoc presentation and report writing
Progress Metrics Strategy objectives and identify opportunities to improve metrics reporting processes, communications, and key indicators, in line with global vision and execution priorities.

Experience and Skills:
Solid organizational skills including strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Financial services industry experience
Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained though
solid delivery against commitments
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach
Experience of working in process driven and controls-focused environment
