Please note, this is a temporary contract role for which you would be employed by Manpower and working on behalf of our client; SAP. 

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS:

With the main focus on the Learning Virtual Live program, key expectations and responsibilities are:

•Define, plan, and project manage the development of Virtual Live Classes (VLCs) with a focus on sales & soft skills training for sales and partner management audience.

•Work collaboratively with training vendors in order to create high quality, best in class relevant

trainings and empower them to provide and deliver these trainings.

• Design and develop micro-learning (digital) assets e.g. video and podcasts, plus a general understanding of instructional design methodologies and solutions used to create mobile/micro-learning assets.

•Execute ongoing operations for the VLC such as portfolio management and scheduling.

•Conduct review and quality assurance of VLCs.

•Coordination with Communication team on visibility of VLC offerings and innovative ways to promote

VLCs. Particularly create innovative approaches to activate even more people from target audience to

participate.

•Coordinate and review schedules with global vendors for training portfolios.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

•Project / Program Management skills

•Enablement / Education / Training concepts, instructional design, development and execution

•Get to know sales and partnering topics and processes

•Build / broaden network in GCO and HR organization

•Work in global / virtual teams

•Proficiency with the virtual live classroom

WORK EXPERIENCE:

•Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational initiatives

•Project management in a fast-paced changing environment

•Training / Enablement and/or Sales Background is a plus

•Experience in working in virtual teams and facilitating trainings and workshops

•High interest and experience in people development, education and Enablement and Training

•Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles

•Experience in instructional design in developing online, mobile training, and instructor-led courses including micro-learning assets e.g. video, podcasts etc.

•Experience with eLearning technology platforms, micro-learning platforms/solutions, learning management systems.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION:

•University degree in Commerce / Business / Education / eLearning / Instructional design / Psychology or comparable experience

•Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving

environment.

•Highly motivated, practical approach to challenges and result oriented

•Strong team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues on all levels of the organization

especially in virtual and international teams

•Highly quality-oriented

•Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

•Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills

•Self-starter that requires minimal oversight

•Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

•Fluent in English, both written and verbal
