Manpower is actively recruiting for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST for Grifols a Pharmaceutical Company in Dublin 22
Within this role you will work collaboratively and liaise with other Departments within the business. You will provide an excellent service level to customers within the Pharma Industry.
Responsibilities
Process all orders from customers accurately and promptly upon receipt.
Respond to customers inquiries in a quick and efficient manner to meet customer expectations ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide the appropriate amount of feedback to ensure customers are fully informed.
Prepare regular excel reports for open orders and monitor stock availability.
Attend meetings with internal stakeholders to inform them about the status of the orders.
Identify and troubleshoot incidents, resolving where possible and/or report them to Global Demand Planning Team, if necessary.
Provide instructions to the appropriate logistics and export Teams for the shipment of the orders.
Receive and escalate all complaints (product and service) to the Quality or other appropriate Teams.
Record and file all the relevant documentation about the orders.
Assist in other functions ad-hoc as required and assigned by the Supervisor.
Skills and Experience
Previous Customer Service working Experience
Customer orientated.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
€30,000 salary with Health Insurance, Pension and 25 days holidays
