L2 Technical Field Engineer

Become one of the mobile desktop support engineers on various accounts for one of the biggest IT service providors in Ireland. You will be supporting sites in and around Dublin, occasionaly at Cork as well. Full drivers licence and your own car needed!

Your job will be:
Driving around, supporting different sites around Dublin and Cork
Resolution of pc software and basic hardware issues (battery swap, hdd swap and the like)
Building (o/s and required software) and deploying PCs (desktop and notebook)
Communication through call logging system or by account leadership
Experience with VIP support


To be successful you need experience with:
MS windows Operating Systems
MS Exchange
MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
MS Outlook 2007\2010
Antivirus applications
Remote desktop takeover tools
Desktop/printer configurations
Good communication/relationship skills
Knowledge of handheld devices
Full drivers license and your own car are essential

You can expect a salary up to €30,000 + car allowance
