Part-time Onsite HR Administrator - Galway (Contract Position)

At Manpower we currently have a HR Administrator (Part-Time Contract position) opportunity available in Galway.
The function of this role is to support the HR and Recruitment team on-site. The team you will be joining is responsible for delivery of agreed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be a key member of the onsite HR team representing Manpower. As an ideal candidate you will have previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
· Ensuring HR policies, procedures and processes are carried out, adhered to and updated as necessary
· You will be an integral part of the team reporting to the Account Manager
· Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team in payroll, employee information and recruiting.
Requirements:
· HR or related 3rd level Qualification
· Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
· Strong attention to detail
· Be able to work autonomously and under pressure
· Have the ability to manage time and tasks to maximum benefit
· Ability to be client-facing and to provide a best-in-class customer experience
