One of the biggest leasing companies located in Leixlip is looking for a new German-speaking Partner Relationship Manager to take care of their strategic partners and distributors and be a point of contact for new partner agreement negotiation.
Your job will be to:
-Act as the primary operational contact for assigned Channel Partners, assisting Sales with developing and maintaining Partner/Distributor Relationships
-Work with Sales/Partners to find solutions to Partner escalations/issues
-Provide partner & new colleague onboarding, training/demo's and orientation support
-Educating and converting partners to the "self-service" mode
-Manage monthly pipeline reviews with strategic partners/distributors
-Collaborate with Partner Development Manager (PDM) to participate in quarterly performance reviews with a key strategic partner as needed
-Communicate operational process changes to partners
-Support Metrics & Outputs
-Create & manage Partner and Distributor documentation together with Business development and assists business development in tracking & retention of agreements
-May act as a team or project leader validating deliverables and team decision making processes
-Provide guidance and leadership to all colleagues
To be a good fit you need:
-Fluency in German and English
-3-5 years large account sales or account management experience
-Strong knowledge of Partner Connection and Channel Agreements
-Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements
-Proven ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers/partners up to the Director level
-Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
