IT Support and Asset management admin

A large multinational IT company placed in Leixlip, which is a leader in providing HW components, SW and related services is looking for a new colleague to join their Asset management team, to support deliveries, unpacking, stock taking, end to end management of the hard drive process, LDO management, surplus and EOL stock and peripheral management.

Your job will be:
-Test hardware equipment > laptops, desktops, servers, comms hardware & printers
-End-to-end process of the Asset Management function both locally and remotely
-Complete internal audits for asset accuracy
-Maintenance of stock control inventory
-Peripheral management - stock take, planning, forecasting
-Own 'policing' stock in a warehouse to incorporate goods receiving, asset tracking & stock replenishing
-Manual handling
-Own warranty repair function and process
-Own Surplus process > surplus pickups and processing
-Deal with 'End of Life' systems > gather parts & wipe/build hard-drives
-Prepare items for re-sale & donation
-Pack & ship assets as required, prepare shipping memos
-Own Hard Drive Process end to end > use of SSD tool, wipe, clone, LDO management

To be successful you need:
-IT background/degree and eagerness to start working in IT support field
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Flexibility and proactivity as you will work under minimal supervision
