I am urgently looking to speak with experienced Legal Secretaries that have experience in Property or Conveyancing.

This opportunity is with a dynamic and growing Law Firm that are based in Dublin City Centre. In this position you will be working with and supporting a senior partner in the firm.

You will need to have excellent communication, dictation and attention to detail skills

To be considered for this position you will need property or conveyancing experience as a Legal Secretary.

Typical responsibilities are:

Dictaphone and Copy typing - minimum 65 WPM
Drafting of contracts, letters and property related documents
Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word and Powerpoint
High attention to detail
Scheduling of title documents and dealing with bank property registration authority
Excellent MS office and Dictaphone typing

You will need to be professional with excellent communication skills and a team player.

Salary is dependent on experience, but is up to €40,000 with excellent benefits.
