Looking for a candidate for the Inside Sales Development Representative that will ensure the growth of our client's client acquisition with inbound calling into established organisations within a defined region.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes for Success:
* Contact targeted accounts to deliver certain activity objectives.
* Initiate inbound communications via the telephone and email build relationships.
* Utilise sales tools to profile and gather sales opportunity intelligence.
* Manage the lead pipeline and update, enrich prospect information into SalesForce.
* Understand the buyer/seller process while leveraging marketing assets to ensure prospects are professionally progressed through the sales process.
* Communicate and coordinate with teammates as appropriate to ensure effective customer retention plans.
Key requirements:
* Exposure to direct sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred
* Fluent in English
* Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment
* Good understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronisation
* Prior experience responding to customer's requests for sales and service ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience by responding in a prompt, professional and friendly manner at all times.
