This position involves leading a team of 20 agents supporting large scale advertisers who use AdWords to manage/run high revenue campaigns. The TL will be required to lead teams supporting the APAC / EMEA Account Managers (AMs) and Campaign Managers (CM), coordinate, analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs. Additionally, the Team Lead will be the main point of contact for the client managers for information on the cases, reporting needs and any other questions regarding to the teams the lead is owning.

Team leading responsibilities, including work schedule adherence, SLAs, daily, weekly & quarterly targets

Assigning & allocating work between team members to ensure effective load balancing

Managing both internal & external stakeholders

Leading client meeting on a weekly basis on process status, health, etc

Creating Weekly, monthly & quarterly dashboards

Partnering with account managers to drive improvements

Communication to team and senior leadership on project development, timelines, and results.

Work closely with other support functions including HR, Quality for driving improvements in the process

Getting a hold on the core activities of the process


Diligently documents campaign optimization recommendations (using tracking and notes docs) to ensure that clarity on the current and past state of campaign is available to all stakeholders at any given point in time (and recurrence of any negatively impactful changes is avoided).

Sets appropriate expectations for all deliverables and alerts CMs if any deliverables are going to be delayed.

Provide decision enabling insights in addition to or along with data along with the ability to use graphical methods and tools to present numbers and trends to tell a compelling story.

Demonstrates comfort using email, Google Drive and Google Hangouts.

Demonstrates solid English pronunciation and projects confidence when speaking.


2 - 3 years of team leading responsibility along with client-facing experience in account management.

Exposure to and experience of having worked for global clients and a good understanding of cross-cultural context and international brands.

High degree of MS Excel & PPT proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables)

Proven ability to become expert in new technologies in a short time frame.

Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.

Objective and analytical approach to decision making

Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
