One of the leading insurance providers in Ireland are looking for Customer Service agents for their Dublin office.

This role is based in city centre to be a part of a Customer Service team supporting Rescue operations.
Role Description:
The main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent rescue service to members
To assist in the provision of an accurate Member's information service within any 24-hour period, 365 days a year
This role will also involve responsibility for dispatching Patrol and garage resources to Members that have broken down at the roadside
You will be required to work in 24*7 shifts. The shifts will be mainly days and evenings. However, the successful candidate will also be required to provide cover for the overnight shift as required.
Hours of work: 36.25 hours a week
Role Requirements:
Excellent geographical knowledge of Ireland
The ability to make quick and efficient decisions in a fast-moving environment
Demonstrated ability to handle complaints ensuring in a satisfactory conclusion
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail with a good working knowledge of MS office
Organizational skills, time management and customer focussed
Previous Call Centre experience, especially in a breakdown assistance environment, is preferable
A full CIP qualification would be desirable
A good understanding of the ISO 9001:2000 standard
