Manpower have an exciting opportunity on site with our client, SAP; we are seeking a Business Assistant for their Cloud Services Centre on their Galway site. Please note, this is a temporary contract role for which you would be employed by Manpower and working on behalf of our client; SAP.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Cloud Service Center team enhances cloud based products by designing and developing additional functionality on request. We work with a wide range of SAP cloud based solutions, including C4C, ByD, HCP, C4TE, SuccessFactors and mobile solutions. Our integration experts take care of all types of system integrations, Cloud to On Premise or Cloud to Cloud independent whether it is a 3rd Party or SAP system. Additionally, we provide an expert support service in order to enable partners to deliver high quality products to their customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

o Business Assistant:

Support Team Managers, Project managers and the broader team with their administrative tasks
Some Examples Inc.
o Team Timesheets and Payroll.
o Travel bookings and expenses.
o Monthly project data collection and invoicing.
o Data entry- Many different data outlets to maintain.
o Event planning when needed for Management and team.


o Office Management:

Responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of the team office space via a range of administrative, clerical, financial and managerial tasks.
Some duties involved:
oAdministrative tasks, health and safety checks, staff management such as Holiday/ Sick leave recording, arranging meetings; anything which is a feature of the office culture and routine.
o Organising and attending meetings.
o Booking transport and accommodation and arranging appointments for staff members.
o Dealing with correspondence
o Managing office budgets.
o Liaising with the team, suppliers and other departments
o Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
o Organising induction for new employees.
o Ensuring the general office upkeep and environment is maintained.
o Helping in the recruitment and appraisals process
o Identify training needs within the team, and investigate options and available courses
o Prepare team meetings.
oBe the communications champion for the team - be involved in SAP Ireland communications team and liaise with internal departments on behalf of team management.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

oUniversity degree in a technical, business or language based subject, or minimum of 2 years of work experience in the area of business assistance
o Inquisitive nature with analytical skills
o Excellent customer focus and communication skills, both oral and written
o Strong team player and comfortable working on own initiative.
o Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office products
o Preferably a keen interest in technology and/or project management
o Passionate about learning
o Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure, is very important.
o Working with very confidential information that requires upmost sensitivity and trust.
o Working virtually with internal teams and customers.
