To provide an administrative support function to the Technical Services and other areas as required by the business (Road / Fleet). This is a business-critical function to ensure we meet our contract objectives by ensuring all reports, MI, scheduling, submissions are fit for purpose and meet client expectations

Minimum Qualifications:
*Leaving Certificate level minimum.
*Motor trade qualification a benefit.
*Third level qualification in business or engineering a benefit.
*Minimum three years' experience in a similar role.
*Experience dealing with business and public customers essential.
*Motor trade (service advisor, parts sales, or similar) experience a benefit.
*Financial/Accounts experience a benefit
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*An ability to work on own initiative while operating to tight deadlines.
*Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) proficiency required
*ECDL, advanced Microsoft Office, or similar course a benefit.
*Specific role related training provided.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling and administration for Technical Services team, to ensure workloads are evenly distributed and volume and cost targets are managed.

Preparation of regular reports and analysis for internal and external review to provide accurate MI and BI on key accounts and areas as required.

Administration of fuel sample testing, retrieval, and auditing process to ensure prompt service delivery to customer.

Operation of customer appeals line, help desk, and other phone/email based public functions

Monitoring of contractual service level agreements to ensure KPI's and targets are met.

Provide support in the production of tenders and contract agreements

Provide support to the business in other tasks, projects and areas as they arise.

Additional information:
The Technical Services team operates several accreditation and supervisory contracts for prominent private and state clients in the Irish market. Quality and clarity of information recording, and communication fidelity and manner are key to success in this role.

Understanding and meeting the budgetary targets are also a key dimension.

This role is in an ISO compliant area requiring specific and adequate documentation and reporting of all functions and records
