Front of House Manager
·Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant
·To ensure the highest levels of standards of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times
·To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback
·To work closely with the Staff and Kitchen Team
· To manage, train and coach the Restaurant team.
·6 months previous Supervisory or Management experience in a busy environment .
· Experience in Deli and Hot food counters would be a distinct advantage.
· Excellent Customer Service skills and be able to deal with Complaints in the Correct manor.
· Fluent English Essential
· HACCAP qualified
· EU Passport holder / Stamp 4
