IT Mobile Engineer - Dublin

Proservia Manpower Group is looking for a new Mobile Support Engineer to support a portfolio of different clients and sites around Dublin. Owning a car and full clean driving license is essential!

Your job will be:
*Providing Desktop support including installation of all apps, anti-viruses etc.
*Creating and resolving IT cases using call logging system and knowledge base
*Installing all hardware, phones, operating systems and applications
*Supports standard desktop/laptop applications and operations
*Identify potential service level problems before they occur and implements solutions
*Processes requests for and schedules new or upgraded desktop computer hardware and software
*Provide holiday and sickness cover for existing accounts

To be a good fit, you need:
*Your own car and full clean driving license
*Strong PC hardware knowledge and troubleshooting ability
*Understanding of an array of Windows platforms and MS apps
*Strong Active Directory/Windows Networking experience
*Excellent hardware and software knowledge
*Understanding of Firewalls and network protocols
*Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
*Excellent communication skills
It will be a big +, if you also have (not essential):
*2+ years' experience in a similar role
*CompTIA A+ and N+
*BA/BS degree in Computer Science preferred but other technical degrees or work experience will also be considered
