Role Description

This is a unique role working as part of the EMEA Sales organisation. We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with intuition for business, strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn more about how sales teams work. You should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating your ability to be tenacious self-starter every single day.   • You will help resolve pressing issues for our business customers and account executives by working closely with cross functional teams 
  • You will help ensuring data consistency in our CRM  
  • Believe no task is too big or too small and have a can do attitude
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using
  • You will enable our high preforming sales teams by taking on administrative tasks
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth running of day to day business
  • Develop strong relationships and skills across all business functions 


  • 0-1 years of experience in lead generation, Data Mining or administrative experience 
  • Real passion for Dropbox and and our products 
  • Consistent record of exceeding KPIs in a goal-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of preferred
  • Excellent academic qualifications; Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English
