The role: Project Manager

To work as part of the Global team and assist in Projects with a view to automating and streamlining processes.
The role will involve working with all Stakeholders and the Lead Project Manager through all stages of the project lifecycle.
This position will require a detailed analysis of the current operating model for specific products and processes, along with the tracking and reporting of each stage of the project.

This position will ensure that proposed solutions align with strategic goals and objectives regarding products and services, organisational structures and existing capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

Will be responsible for identifying business opportunities for operational efficiencies and alignment of the global operating model, completing analysis of upcoming enhancements to ensure they fit the business needs and implement these business changes into a global operational model. There may be a requirement for testing packages delivered from technology/third-party vendors from time to time to ensure what has been delivered matches requirements as defined in project documentation.

In respect of these, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Requirements gathering (including facilitation of workshops) and documentation of business requirements including reporting.
* Defining Project Scope, assessing Resourcing Requirements and ownership of detailed Project Plan
* Working with Operational Areas in regard to each phase of the project to ensure input, engagement, and that operational requirement are reflected in the project deliverable
* Management of Stakeholder meetings and co-ordination and reporting of project RAG status
* Working with Operational Readiness in preparation for go-live.
* Supporting the operating model design, systems migration process and process re-engineering
* Assess, understand and manage interdependencies with other work streams
* Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines during all stages of the project life cycle. Managing key Stakeholder sign-offs such a Legal, Compliance and Risk
* Implement a formal approach to benefit realisation and tracking

Knowledge/Experience:

* This position requires an individual with a proven record of delivering complex projects within an operational environment
* Minimum 4 years industry experience in Fund Administration in a Project Manager / Business Analyst role.
* Demonstrable understanding of Transfer Agency processes
* Understanding of project management methodologies.
* Experience in dealing with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements a distinct advantage.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business studies/technology or equivalent desirable. Project management certification preferred.

Fixed term Contract - 6 months

Location: Dublin 1 (Close to Tara Station)
