One of the leading providers of network access solutions is looking for an addition to the Sales Operations Team to support renewals, to liaise with a variety of teams to ensure efficient end-to-end renewal execution.
Your job will be to:
-Establish and nurture relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making,
-Offer support and back-up to the EMEA Services Lead,
-Engage with renewals teams (internal / external) on the process; creation, refinement and documentation,
-Review discounting requests on service renewals; approving/rejecting or negotiating as needed, volumes will be high due to increased ownership of service under HPE Aruba,
-Collate and analyze renewals data, drawing conclusions and recommendations from data-sets,
-Liaise with other Business Units to ensure end-to-end coverage on service requests,
-Maintain Sales orientated services procedural documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy, providing regular trainings to Sales,
-Become escalation contact for services queries / concerns, both for Sales and HPE Aruba management.
To be a good fit you need:
-Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary,
-2+ years of experience directly in a pricing or renewals environment
-Strong experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
-Experience with Data analysis
The ideal candidate will be analytically minded; a decisive problem solver; focused, organized & driven; self-starter; have strong communication skills; passion & pride in their work; flexibility to adjust to requirements and ability operate in a dynamic and fast changing environment
