Customer Support - Part-Time/Full

The leading European provider of business process management and support service solutions, located in Clonakilty-West Cork, is looking for a new addition to their customer service team to provide on phone and administrative support to their clients.

Your job will be to:
*Process all files on the systems
*Ensure that all calls are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner.
*Ensure delivery of a quality service
*Process client and customer queries.
*Deal in a professional manner with clients/customers.
*Display time flexibility towards shifts as per operational requirements


To be a good fit you will need:

*Written and spoken English and Irish language skills is essential
*Customer Service experience preferred
*Team player with strong analytical skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work to tight deadlines

You can expect:
*Salary between €22,000 - €23,000
*Full time - Mon-Fri with shifts between 8am - 6:30pm
