Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Quickly become familiar with a variety of processes and systems
Engage with and advise Sales and Management as needed
Perform data migration activities as our company transitions to new systems
Create quotes on behalf of our Sales and Channels communities,
Respond to both Sales and Channel queries, seeking answers and owing issues through to completion
Provide config/quoting guidance as needed to Sales and Channels
Trouble-shoot system or process failures
Reporting - ad-hoc reporting will be required as part of this role,
Assist in testing of new or upgraded systems
Ad-hoc project engagement.
Experience and Skills
strong business mindset is key, with a 'run to the fire' attitude; driving an action-oriented culture: you deliver on your promises
Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach
Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary
A detailed orientated mindset is critical
2+ years of experience in an MNC is preferred
SFDC experience will be a distinct advantage, as will any exposure to CPQ environments,
The ideal candidate will be analytically minded; a decisive problem solver; focused, organized & driven; self-starter; have strong communication skills; passion & pride in their work; flexibility to adjust to requirements and ability operate in a dynamic and fast changing environment
