We are looking for a Product Owner to drive product development roadmap and build a best in class user experience

*Priorities the development team's workload working closely with the Product Manager.
*Regular and close engagement with all stakeholders on both the IT and Business side to ensure use-cases and requirements are represented in the product backlog.
*Translate business requirements into user stories and specifications for our development teams.
*Ensuring all product designs are built to the appropriate standards in terms of UX / Usability / Accessibility / Architecture.
*Enable the scrum team during each sprint to be successful. Clarify requirements, make priority calls, review test plans and review development work and participate in scrum rituals
*Collaborate with UX team to arrive at prototypes/mockups that will drive the sprint execution as well as higher level vision/strategy conversations with the leadership team.
*Focus on the key online objectives of increasing the proportion of our sales and renewals that are completed online

Experience Required;
*2-3 year's experience in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
*Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both the commercial / business team and the internal IT team
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Relentless customer focus, with a keen insight into user behavior and customer drivers
*Project management skills, with an ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high-quality standard
*Data driven decision making, with a passion for learning about our customers through A/B testing, focus groups and user research

Technical Skills Required;
*Working in agile teams using and SCRUM delivery process frameworks.
*ECommerce Project management skills.
*A/B and MVT testing best practice.
*Experience working with .Net, Java and Angular developers.
*An understanding of UAT and Testing practices.
*In-depth knowledge of UX.
*Experience working with mobile technologies.
