The role: Customer Service Agent

Job Purpose:

- Processing a high volume of Inbound & Outbound calls plus documentation
- Attention to detail is a prerequisite of this role.
- Experience working to individual and team

- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude

Working hours: Monday to Friday - Weekends on rotation may apply
