The role: Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records responding to all correspondence received and processing payment files
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Implement the Company's administration practices as per the Policy and Procedures documents.
- To achieve set individual targets and contracts KPIs.
- Process all administrative tasks as allocated in work list.
- Identification, documentation, and resolution of telephone/postal/e-mail queries, disputes, and general inquiries in an efficient and timely manner (as per deadlines).
- Create and maintain databases/spreadsheets for the purposes of credit management information and decision making.
- Ensuring that accurate records are maintained in the Query Management & Collections Systems.
- Reconciling unallocated/missing payments.
- Daily cash and cheque lodgements
Experience and attributes required:
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience of working to and performing against set targets
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Hours: 37 Hrs per week - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location: West Cork Technology Park, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, Ireland and other such company/client premises as may be necessary from time to time.
